Terms of Service

At Mahfooz Jewellers Legacy, we are committed to transparency and professionalism. By engaging in a purchase or transaction with us, you agree to the following terms:

❖ All purchases of gold, platinum, and palladium are based on net weight, calculated using the prevailing market buying rate. Charges for craftsmanship, gemstones, and other value additions will be excluded.

❖ Items submitted for exchange or buyback must be in their original, unaltered condition. Jewelry that is damaged, modified, or includes altered stones or diamonds will not qualify.

❖ Customized pieces, as well as diamonds and gemstones specially sourced on customer request, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The company retains full discretion to accept or decline such items after evaluation.

❖ The process of valuation and verification for exchange or buyback can take up to 3 business days.

❖ The original invoice and any authenticity certificates must be presented for all exchanges or returns.

❖ Customers are required to claim or collect their orders or advances within 90 days from the date of placement. After this period, Mahfooz Jewellers Legacy will not be held responsible for unclaimed items or refunds.

❖ Orders once confirmed are final and cannot be cancelled, refunded, or exchanged.

❖ All applicable government taxes and duties will be charged at the time of order confirmation.

❖ In case of buyback, any transactional charges incurred by Mahfooz Jewellers (including credit card processing fees) will be deducted. The value of items for exchange/buyback will be calculated net of any previously paid VAT/taxes.

❖ Mahfooz Jewellers Legacy reserves the sole right to accept or reject any item after evaluation.

❖ Online orders will be dispatched only after the full payment has been received, and are processed on business days only.

❖ Payments and deliveries are not processed on Sundays, or public holidays.

❖ The company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
